Congratulations to two outstanding CESD #317 staff members!

Mrs. Melissa Johnson, kindergarten teacher at Carthage Primary School, has been named an ROE 26 Finalist for Educator of the Year, and Mrs. Samantha Sparks, paraprofessional at Carthage Middle School, has been named an ROE 26 Finalist for Support Staff of the Year.
